I've been going to Leith Autopark, Cary, NC since 2021 and we've had our ups & downs about my 2017 Honda HRV EXL AWD that I purchased at a different Honda dealership whom I won't name. I've found Leith Autopark, Cary, NC Service Department to be fair, thorough and reasonable. Staff have changed over the years, but the Service Rep., EVAN has been there for a while and I like the way he listens to my concerns and pass them on to the mechanics and get back to me quickly with a solution or suggestion. EVAN is very professional. Leith AutoPark Dealership, Service Department and waiting area is always very clean. More

My most recent experience with the Service Department was very disappointing, they not only broke one of the plastic pins from my brand-new Pilot's roof rails (leaving part of the plastic inside, therefore n very disappointing, they not only broke one of the plastic pins from my brand-new Pilot's roof rails (leaving part of the plastic inside, therefore no roof rack can be installed now) but at the next day Mike said, they don't just brake things and don't tell the costumer, implying my statement wasn't true. After asking him to watch the video recorded from their workshop, he kind of realized I could be right. Finally, his mechanic admitted breaking the pin and gluing it to the rail roof. Mike came back apologizing for the whole situation and saying he will be replacing the part once they have it on the dealer "at no money cost for me" (Wich, I think it was an unnecessary clarification) No compensation from Honda has been offered, for me wasting my time and money affecting my business dedicating time to this inconvenience. This has been my 5th Honda vehicle in 5 years, three of them has been purchased in Autopark Honda, and now Trust is something I have lost with them. From now on I would have to check their job, every time a service is needed for my vehicle. (Totally disappointed) I know everyone can make mistake, but the way he tried to evade his responsibility from the first moment, it was not ethical at all. More
