It occurred to me the next day that I should check my bill as I thought I had be I would like to give general feedback. The service itself was fine. I called and it was resolved; however, neither the service person who returned my call nor the admin who handled it offered any apology. It made me wonder if Honda was hoping I wouldn’t notice since they didn’t seem to care. More

Came in for oil change from out of state. We came in from out of state to have oil change and the discovered several other concerns to be serviced!
