Both were professional and took the time and patience to show me what the vehicle had to offer, and really listened to what I needed to fit MY life. I would recommend both to future car buyers. My only problem with the experience was in finance with Vinnie, which I understand has an open disclosure policy to make sure all buyers are aware of all car options, however, I felt like even when we said we weren't interested in an extra package, it was pushed again on us, and this was the only time at the dealer I felt like I was being pressured, and with a salesman that wasn't listening to me and my needs (in which case I said multiple times I could not afford additional packages). This tainted my experience somewhat, particularly at the end when we were finished in finance and about to go to my new car, and the fiance manager rushed out and told me rudely that I did not give him the check (being a first time car buyer I didn't know when, or to whom, I should hand my check over to). He could have joked about it, but instead his tone and comment made it seem like it was "my fault" that the check was not handed over to him (even though he was the one who forgot to ask). More

This was my second new Odyssey purchase with Don Hillenbrand. I remembered Don from our last experience 5 years ago and asked to work with him again. Charlie was very understanding the fact that we were just trying to figure out our options. Gave us his card and promised us that he would not call or email us to bother us unless we want him to. We thought he was just saying that and to our surprise that he did not try to pressure and call/email us like he had promised. Once we have decided to purchase the car, we went back to Charlie and his experience makes the tedious paper work process a easy process and we had a great time buying a car.
