I had a wonderful experience working with Carl and Damion and they are the reason we worked with Auto Park Honda. We searched other Honda dealers, and other car companies, but it was the overall experience w and they are the reason we worked with Auto Park Honda. Both were professional and took the time and patience to show me what the vehicle had to offer, and really listened to what I needed to fit MY life. I would recommend both to future car buyers. My only problem with the experience was in finance with Vinnie, which I understand has an open disclosure policy to make sure all buyers are aware of all car options, however, I felt like even when we said we weren't interested in an extra package, it was pushed again on us, and this was the only time at the dealer I felt like I was being pressured, and with a salesman that wasn't listening to me and my needs (in which case I said multiple times I could not afford additional packages). This tainted my experience somewhat, particularly at the end when we were finished in finance and about to go to my new car, and the fiance manager rushed out and told me rudely that I did not give him the check (being a first time car buyer I didn't know when, or to whom, I should hand my check over to). He could have joked about it, but instead his tone and comment made it seem like it was "my fault" that the check was not handed over to him (even though he was the one who forgot to ask). More
