We stopped at AutoPark Honda severla months ago looking at the Crosstour. Charlie Bruce came out, introduced himself and proceeded to open a Crosstour for us. I dropped Charlie an email later detailaing exactly what we were looking for -- model, color and equipment. I dropped CHarlie a note telling him that we found the car we wanted but might be interested in a van. I had a very good offer from another dealer (who was bugging me with five emails a day) but thought since I was in Cary for the morning that it could not hurt to see what Charlie might be able to do. We talked, looked at an Odyssey, he worked up a price that was very good but not on the vehicle I really wanted (a Touring). He worked up a new number, spoke to his amnager, made a call to find what I wnated and came back with the deal - saving me more than $900. No hard sell and no repeated visits from the people above him. They could not get the dealer exchange completed as quickly as he hoped, asking if I could come back in the morning to complete everything while throwing in two oil changes for my inconvience. Returning in the AM, he had the finance manager there, nearly all the paperwork ready for discussion and signature -- and I was gone in 90 minutes. Charlie and the AutoPark team were exceptional in any and every regard. I recently visited the Auto Park Honda in Cary, NC to just look at a few of their models. I informed him of the must haves of my new vehicle and he showed me the Honda Accord Special Edition. It was exactly what I had been looking for. I orginally wasnt planning on buying the vehicle for atleast another month. Mr. Akkan understood and said hed keep in touch. Throughout the next month we exchanged emails several times. I have never been so impressed with a sales associate in the timely fashion and accuracy of all the answers to my questions. It was not long till Mr. Akkan and I had reached a price and before I knew it I was buying the very same Honda Accord he first showed me. I honestly know that if it wasnt for Mr. Akkan I would not have bought this vehicle and therefore not be as pleased as I am today. The whole process was low stress and low pressure. Mr. Akkan took a dreaded situation and turned every aspect of the car hunt enjoyable. He sat through the whole process and clearly explained in detail everything form I was signing and all the details outlined in the agreement. I would also strongly recommend Mr. Lugi Galeazzi of the finance department. Like Mr. Akkan he too sat down with me and closely reviewed all terms of the aggreement. He explained to me all the warranties and plans offered by honda and the pros and cons of each. He tailored every aspect of my warranty to my personality. I have always dreaded the car buying process, but because of the two fine gentlemen I can not wait to return to the dealership to start the process again.
