JAMES WAS A VERY FRIENDLY SALES PERSON. MY WIFE HAD BEEN IN BERFORE AND LOOKED AT THE CAR BY HERSELF. WHEN THE BOTH OF US SHOWED UP TO DO THE PAPERWORK, HE HAD THE CAR AND PAPERWORK ALL TOGETHER. He was knowledgable about the products and explained much to us about the car we bought. He also was willing to answer our question simply and to the point. He approached us and the sale as to please us and did not like many salespersons try to convince us to buy a certain car. This is the 22nd car we have bought over our lifetime and we have never had such a pleasant experience. This gentelman will go places. He has the personality, determination to do things right, the willingness to please the customer rather than self, and is very intellegent so he can learn the products he deals with, how to communicate to the customer and understand the desire-wishes of the customer. My wife and I will always remember Ali in a very fond way and wish for him the best. The business manager John (I am sorry but I can't remember his last name)was also a pleasure to work with. He was very good and extremely efficent in getting our paperwork done and explained in languiage we could easily understand all that he presented us with. He also made several suggestions about different thing that we inquired about related to the financial arragements as well as where we can go when we have a need such as repairs etc. The dealership overall is also most pleasant to be in. One feels comfortable in it. It is unusually clean and staffed with very nice support people especially the receptionist. Thanks for a wonderful experience. We had a terrific experience with Erik Lutz at AutoPark Honda. We first came in late one night on the way to dinner after getting a sitter for the kids. I told him that I didn't want to go back and forth with negotiations and he shot me a very good price that we accepted.
