It was fun to talk to Craig. It was really fun to work with him through the offer, counter, re-counter, re-re-counter process. He was patient with me and really made me feel as though my business was imp with him through the offer, counter, re-counter, re-re-counter process. I am very perticular about the sales pitch and get easily offended as I do a lot of research and am very much in tune with what they can provide/leverage during a sale or lease. This last sales person (Christopher Kenney) was great and provided me with my first good lease experience (I have dealt with a great number of sales person over the last 20 years). The first offer was what I expected the dealership to offer based on current similar lease specials obtains through online sites (this had never been the case before, as the number were always grossly inflated)). I came back with the number I thought they should be able to offer and it was accepted, all within a short amount of time. If you go to this dealership, make sure you ask for Christopher Kenney. More

Mr. Nachsin is well-groomed, well-spoken, mannerly and professional. He connects with people and conveys a feeling that he cares about them as human beings. Working with the other gentleman who checke professional. He connects with people and conveys a feeling that he cares about them as human beings. Working with the other gentleman who checked us out was not pleasant. We had to say "no" to extended warranties 3 times and then he still pushed. It was uncomfortable and annoying, not a good way to send a customer home. Fortunately, Mr. Nachsin came to say goodbye....a real save to the experience. More
