I requested a quote from Autopark Honda in Cary through Edmunds for a 2012 Honda Civic LX with a manual transmission. I met with Christopher Kenney (dealership sales) the next day to check out the Civic LX to make sure it was the right car for me. Chris provided a low pressure environment during the test drive and during our discussion about possible optional equipment. Chris was able to secure the car I wanted and had it at the dealership within a couple of days. So if you are looking to purchase a Honda in the RTP region with minimal stress, contact Henry Meador (through internet sales via Edmunds) to get a good price and request Christopher Kenney as your sales person! I was very overly satisfied with the service and support I received from Chris. We arrived 30 minutes prior to closing on a Saturday for what I imagined would be a quick visit; however I ended up keeping C I received from Chris. I had an excellent experience with Erik from the 1st time I spoke to him on the telephone. When my husband arrived at the dealership, Eric was ready for us and greeted us in the showroom. I told him our price and he came back the 1st time almost matching it. No games whatsoever and that is exactly what we wanted. I really can't say enough good things about our experience yesterday. Erik provided excellent customer service and we would definitely refer friends and family to him and to your dealership! Erik needs to train all your salespeople! Not that they aren't all good, but, he is the one we were lucky enough to deal with and he was overall great! Please keep your no games, gimmicks or hassles and also do what you can to keep Erik!
