Jae and the sales team were very attentive and amenable, it was a pleasant experience overall. I arrived having done quite a bit of research with a competitve price which Auto Park matched. The only complaint I had were some cosmetic issues on our brand new odyssey touring elite that were observed at the scheduled delivery. However, Jae made sure to take note of every scratch and ding and had them fixed. Because of Jae and the team, this was probably the most positive car shopping experience in my history. I would recommend Jae to others and will consider Auto Park again. More

ALI AKKAN of Cary Autopark Honda was an EXCELLENT salesman! Being a first time car buyer, I was very uninformed going into the dealership but did know exactly what I was looking for in terms of feat salesman! on our visit in looking for a vehicle we went to leith honda and did not get very good customer service which they lost a sale. the salesman did not seem like he wanted to have a sale. Visited two other dealerships before this one for the same vehicle and feel as if I wasted half a day with each WOW what a great place to buy a car. Visited two other dealerships before this one for the same vehicle and feel as if I wasted half a day with each as we (me and the dealerships) went back and forth and back again with no desirable results, NOT THE CASE HER AT AUTO PARK HONDA, as our salesperson (Malik Moss), Finance (Tony) as well as others we ran into - were are very accommodating to our needs. With the first offer I was floored to see right out of the gate, that this team was willing to work to keep our business. I feel confident that Malik along with the Auto Park Team worked diligently to ensure our needs and concerns were heard, addressed and met. After the experience we received here at AUTO PARK HONDA we ended up with TWO new 2012 CRZ's. I would with out a doubt recommend AUTO PARK HONDA first and foremost over any of their competition. We are averaging about 27 mile to the gallon to and from work on both vehicles. More

Our salesman Jae Kim was very cordial, informing and unpressuring. The accomodations at the dealership were first rate as well. I will consider purchasing my next Honda from your dealership and recommending your dealership to my family and friends. I have driven a Honda product for 15 years and would not condsider anything else. More
