I loved TO A WONDERFUL SALESMAN: MARK WILLIAMS At first I wasn't sure I wanted to buy a new car because I loved my eighteen-year-old Honda Accord. I loved the color, the size and the durability of that old car. My old Honda has been good to me. I didn't want to give that up. My salesman was an extremely good fit for me. He was very helpful but not pushy. He got a price that was very agreeable; finance and interest rate that turned out to be wonderful. Mark went the extra mile in salesmanship when he found the combination of interior/exterior colors I had to have. He did this in record time even though it wasn't available when I finally made my big decision. My experience at Auto Park Honda was non-stressful but informative. The financing was better than I could imagine. The price was so right. So I consider why wait! Now I drive a new Honda Accord, thanks to Mark Williams, and I'm totally satisfied in every way. My new Honda is perfect for me. The color is more wonderful than I thought - and it drives like a dream. I realize now I probably needed a new car a wee bit before this. I would say that our experence with auto park honda was great. I was actually not looking forward to shopping for a new car for my wife but was plesently surprised. our salesman craig nachsin was very fr great. I never look forward to the nego on the price but feel as though with you guys the process was easy upfront and no one played games or tricks on us. I must add that i like to nego on price and probley would not even considered your dealership if you had only set prices as some dealers do. our new civic had only 7600 miles on it but you would think it had 5 on it you guys had it looking brand new like it just came from the honda plant. We are also happy with the cpo program and the great warranty offered with it. Altough this is a Honda (the best cars on the road for the past 20+ years) i dont expect that we will ever even need the warranty. Honestly when we came to your dealership i did not expect to buy a car right then but every thing went so well with the salesman it just fell into place for us. If i have to say one bad thing i would say it was the video we had to watch about the paint protection program simon or something. I do not blame or hold any bad felling to craig for showing us the video he was just doing what some misdirected manager told him to do to everyone who buys a car. Here is what the problem is; he said here is a video you guys need to watch, so we thought it was something important related to the car sale. My advise is to tell people what the video is about first then ask if they want to see it. But i know yall wont do that because most people will say they are not interested then you wont sell any. over all we are very happy with auto park honda. I cannot say if it would be the same if we had a different salesman. Craig was great and made our purchase a fun experence i would glady buy another honda from him. I feel as thought i am a picky customer and if i did not like the salesmen i probley would not have bought the car even if it was a good deal. So in conclusion you guys can thank craig for this sale. I'm 25 and this was my first car purchase. Jon took his time walking the lot with me and initially I wasn't sure if I wanted a Honda. Therefore, I left and went to used car lot. He was willing to help me negotiate and offered me financial advice even though I was going to buy from a competitor. When I failed to receive quality service from the other dealer I called Jay and Jon immediately. I returned to Honda and was greeted with the best service.
