Christopher was great! He worked with us and made the sale happen. I do feel though that the dealership , being one of the largest in the state/area, needs to get more organized in order not to waste an sale happen. I left without my owners manual and extra keys due to lack of organization of the manuals in the facility. That's the only issue other than spending nearly 8 hrs there.
