Jon Choi was very friendly and stayed late the day of our purchase to accomodate us. However, my husband had to drive 35 minutes from work to sign papers then wait one hour for a finance person to become ava purchase to accomodate us. While waiting, Jon offered us snacks and was very hospitable. Also, the car was washed for us but we noticed streaks on the car the next day at sunlight. I called Jon and he told me to bring it back in to get it fixed! Jon was awesome and overall our experience with him was great! More

I have bought a few cars in my time, and by far Craig Nachsin and AutoparkHonda far exceeded any experience I've ever had. I always thought buying cars and going to the dentist were neck and neck, but th Nachsin and AutoparkHonda far exceeded any experience I've ever had. I always thought buying cars and going to the dentist were neck and neck, but this year has been the best, I no longer fear Dentist (found a great one in Cary) and because of Craig Nachsin I no longer fear the car buying experience. He was not pushy, he was extremely helpful in helping me find a car that would suit my needs. I love this car and I thank Craig for that!!!
