It was an extreme pleasure dealing with him and he's one of the reasons why we bougth our third car from the dealership. Also the whole process dealing with the finance managers was a good experience, they are always willing to work with you and give you the best price. The delievery of the cars has always been excellent. Also the service center has been a pleasure dealing with those folks. Overall, I would recommend the dealership to my friends and family. More

We had a great experience with Charlie Bruce! He showed us the features on the new Odyssey and we went for a test drive. He was knowledgeable, personable, and projected a strong sense of honesty and integrity- rare to find in any car salesman. I only have 33 miles on my beautiful brand new Accord... and I already know who I will be buying my next car from! Since I have purchased several cars from this same dealership, I have been through the painful "back room' financing/warranty experience several times. The difference this time- it wasn't painful at all. Vinnie made me feel, for the first time, that my warranty selection and financing was performed with my best interests in mind. He was accurate, quick, and I found him to be so personally entertaining that I honestly enjoyed the experience! I thought the experience was good because the people were easy to work with and very accomodating. I did not like sitting witht he sales departemtn and them trying to sell us additional coverage for the car. easy to work with and very accomodating. As it was we felt wlike we would never get out of there if we did not buy something. It left a sour taste in my mouth. It is still to be found out if the item we did end up buying will be a benefit. BUt I would have liked to choose it on my own without pressure to do so. More
