We had a great experience working with the 2 salesmen. As we zoned in on the business end of the sale, we noted the contrast between Jim and the business mgr/finance, as we/our sale became a "notch in the win column" and it shifted from Jim keeping our interests first, to being all about the money and the personal accolades that come from the close of the deal.
