As we zoned in on the business end of the sale, we noted the contrast between Jim and the business mgr/finance, as we/our sale became a "notch in the win column" and it shifted from Jim keeping our interests first, to being all about the money and the personal accolades that come from the close of the deal. A few weeks prior to this, I visited AutoPark Honda for a 60,000 mile servicing. This was my first visit to a NC Honda dealer having recently moved to NC from NJ where my 2007 Accord had always been serviced by the dealer I purchased it from - the same dealer that I purchased my first Honda, a 2000 Civic. Thus I had received similar offers concerning buying back the Civic but never explored them. Also, this first visit to Autopark I rated all 5"s and sincerely appreciated the profesionalism of Eldwin Breeden, my service advisor. I think the key points here are that I knew my 2007 Accord was in excellent condition and, therefore, difficult to justify trading in; that I had a desire to own a more top of the line vehicle with items never previously enjoyed, such as leather/heated seats, navigation system/backup camera, moonroof etc. So why did we do the deal? For me it was a combination of the support from my wife that we, and particularly she felt I, deserved this. The other factor was the professional, courteous, friendly and "none presured" treatment we received from Daryl Hall, our sales consultant, and Johanna Que in your finance department. we cannot say enough about much we enjoyed completing this purchase. We came in just to explore but walked out a couple of hours later with a brand new car. Never thought such a major purchase would be so stress free and enjoyable. Hope to be able to say hello to Daryl and Johanna at future service visits. More

He put me in a 2012 black honda accord, which I fell in love with. I told him my budget and he went above the call of duty to make sure I was not abandoning it. The process of getting a new car should be exciting, but my friends assured me that it was, indeed, not. My experience was on the contrary; Ali was fun to be around and made me feel comfortable with the car, the money, and all of the procedures that were soon to follow. He answered all of my questions and didn't overwhelm me with information. Upon leaving the dealership, prior to purchase, it took one hour before I wanted to get back and make a deal. After making my purchase, Ali called me the following day, offering answers to any questions about my car I had (which there were a few!). I will say, the experience that Ali provided was the reason that I bought the car. The service was great, my product was great, and I will be back for another deal with this dealership in just a few years. More

We were told by the other dealership that there was room to move in the offer, but I wanted a straight forward discussion, not a drawn out process. Laura and Peter came through with the lowest price across quote requests from multiple dealerships, significantly lower than the other initial offer, and what seemed a very fair price based on the invoice. We drove down that night and drove away with our new Pilot within 2 hours. It was a great car buying experience. More
