He got me the exact same car for the same great price, with no hassle, struggle or anything. I didn't have to do a single thing except notify them of the situation, and right away they set aside the exact same car for me with my name on it. I was able to walk in to the dealership, sign some paperwork and walk away with a car indentical to the one I had orginally purchased. First off, this is the second Honda CRV that was purchased and both were bought here. Our saleman, David Jackson, was very friendly and willing to make our experience pleasant. He never pressured us or tried to hurry us along, he was very happy to take as much time as we needed. We found the car we liked and the color is awesome. It was disappointing that we couldn't drive the car home that day, being Saturday, but it needed the latch recall taken care of first. We were told it would be serviced on Monday and it was ready exactly when they said it would. Also the finance manager, can't remember his name, was very nice and pleasant. He took care of what we needed and we were on our way in no time. We traded in a 2008 CRV and was able to get the trade we wanted with no problem. The people we were in contact with made our time there very easy. David Jackson is an excellent saleman and a very nice person.
