Jim did a great job. He was not a high pressure salesman which we apprecitated. He worked hard at showing us the cars we had found online. It was a hot day, and he went over to other parking lots just to which we apprecitated. He worked hard at showing us the cars we had found online. I went in for an appraisal on my leased vehicle based on an e-mail and letter that my vehicle was needed for inventory.
