We had a good experience with autopark before so its no surprise that we decided to go to this dealership this time when we were ready to purchase a new car. The sales person Jamal Badwan was very accomodating and although it took us a long time to get a car that we want (it's a 2012 Honda Accord Sedan and it's not the dealers fault though, it's becoz the color and trim level we were looking for is no longer available since it is an outgoing model), the overall experience was satisfying and we ended up getting a good deal both on the price and the interest rate. The experience I had with Craig was very seamless and he worked with my work schedule to get me in, answer my questions and let me test drive the vehicle I wanted. Craig was an honest, straight shooter and I could tell he was interested in making sure I was satisfied with my visit/purchase. However, since the car business is a "make sales today or else" kind of business it generated a scenario when the sales manager got involved that I would have got an extra 4-5% off the value of a color of a car I did not want just so they could make the sale that evening. Even though I was made aware of arrangements could be made to get the car to the dealership for me to purchase the next day, I felt like I was being penalized twice: 1) for them to [pay some kid that jacked up my stereo settings, hooked up his phone to my car and loaded all his crap] get a car they want to sell me, and 2) for me having a preferred color of choice. I would have spent $50 in gas gladly to save the $300 they charged for that kid to get my car. Lastly, the Finance MGR was extremely shady trying to position a higher APR into an inflated 'you'll pay this per month' price, then saying that if I got a warranty package he thought he could lower my APR and almost wash out the difference in price. Of course, I asked why I couldn't get the lower APR without said package and even though I left with a MUCH lower APR than he originally showed me in the quote, none of it was dependent on me getting whatever package he wanted me to get. So on the whole: managers blatantly try to pull the wool over your eyes, Craig was superb and I have absolutely no complaints with my experience with him. More

Jim was absolutely amazing to work with. He was friendly, to the point, and willing to work with us with anything we had questions about. He asked the sales manager to finalize the price with us and was noth to the point, and willing to work with us with anything we had questions about. First of all, I was very impressed with Chris Kenney and his integrity and honesty from even our first visit to the dealership. There was something about him that made us want to go back and see if he could his integrity and honesty from even our first visit to the dealership. Secondly, we felt like we could be honest and direct with him in regards to our needs and wants in buying a Honda for our daughter. Thirdly, we were impressed with the overall friendliness and helpfulness of all the employees we encountered in the process of buying this vehicle (a special thank you to Johanna Que). THANK YOU for making our car buying experience wonderful! Just to let you know, we normally don't buy new vehicles. It's been almost 25-30 years since we've done that, but we wanted our daughter to have a vehicle that would last her a long time.
