Jim was absolutely amazing to work with. He was friendly, to the point, and willing to work with us with anything we had questions about. First of all, I was very impressed with Chris Kenney and his integrity and honesty from even our first visit to the dealership. Secondly, we felt like we could be honest and direct with him in regards to our needs and wants in buying a Honda for our daughter. This was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I went to Honda looking for a more economical vehical with certain features. He gave me time to look and was available for assistance when I was ready to test drive and ask questions. Gary was knowledgable about the vehicals and when he did not have the answers he went and retrieved the information. I was upside down in my other vehical and Gary worked with his manager and was able to offer me a good deal; there was no haggeling. Since 2009 I have been on a replenishment cycle with my family's cars, and I have added cars to our "mini fleet" due to my kids coming of driving age. As a result, I have purchased 3 cars in the past 2 years from Peter Gazzard at Auto Park Honda, as well as a VW and an Acura from affiliated dealerships for a grand total of 5 cars in 4 years. Obviously I have a very high opinion of Auto Park Honda and other dealerships in their "family" as well as Peter, or I would not return. Peter and the staff at Auto Park provide fantastic service and make for a very pleasant buying experience every time. Auto Park is very fair with its pricing, and I have never felt any pressure. It is a very laid back and rewarding experience as far as car buying goes. I highly recommend Auto Park Honda and especially Peter! More
