I would definitly have to say that my expierence at Auto Park Honda was the exact opposite of what one would expect when buying a used car. After visting a few local dealers, as well as test driving a few v Park Honda was the exact opposite of what one would expect when buying a used car. After visting a few local dealers, as well as test driving a few vehicles and reading their carfax reports, i was very wary of buying a used car for the amount of money i recieved from my insurance settlement. In dire need of a reliable car to commute to work and back, a friend recommended i visit the cary auto park. Upon arriving i was greeted by Craig Nachsin, one of the sales associates. Even though he did not know that I was definitly planning on buying a car that day, he still devoted several hours of his time allowing me to test drive several different cars. He even provided carfaxes for the vehicles, and at no time whatsoever did I feel pressured, intimidated, or as if i was being taken advantage of because of my inexpierence buying a car. He was polite, patient, and had a sense of humor. After deciding on a vehicle, he took me into the office and we negotiated a price. I ended up getting the car for about 1500 less than similar dealers in the area. When all the paperwork was signed, Craig stayed with me all the way until i was getting in the car to drive home. I would certinly purchase another vehicle from Auto Park Honda and would certinly recommend buying it through Craig. All in all a 5 star expierence. More

We had a good experience with autopark before so its no surprise that we decided to go to this dealership this time when we were ready to purchase a new car. The sales person Jamal Badwan was very accomoda surprise that we decided to go to this dealership this time when we were ready to purchase a new car. The sales person Jamal Badwan was very accomodating and although it took us a long time to get a car that we want (it's a 2012 Honda Accord Sedan and it's not the dealers fault though, it's becoz the color and trim level we were looking for is no longer available since it is an outgoing model), the overall experience was satisfying and we ended up getting a good deal both on the price and the interest rate. The experience I had with Craig was very seamless and he worked with my work schedule to get me in, answer my questions and let me test drive the vehicle I wanted. Craig was an honest, straight shooter and I could tell he was interested in making sure I was satisfied with my visit/purchase. However, since the car business is a "make sales today or else" kind of business it generated a scenario when the sales manager got involved that I would have got an extra 4-5% off the value of a color of a car I did not want just so they could make the sale that evening. Even though I was made aware of arrangements could be made to get the car to the dealership for me to purchase the next day, I felt like I was being penalized twice: 1) for them to [pay some kid that jacked up my stereo settings, hooked up his phone to my car and loaded all his crap] get a car they want to sell me, and 2) for me having a preferred color of choice. I would have spent $50 in gas gladly to save the $300 they charged for that kid to get my car. Lastly, the Finance MGR was extremely shady trying to position a higher APR into an inflated 'you'll pay this per month' price, then saying that if I got a warranty package he thought he could lower my APR and almost wash out the difference in price. Of course, I asked why I couldn't get the lower APR without said package and even though I left with a MUCH lower APR than he originally showed me in the quote, none of it was dependent on me getting whatever package he wanted me to get. So on the whole: managers blatantly try to pull the wool over your eyes, Craig was superb and I have absolutely no complaints with my experience with him. More
