In trying to locate the 2013 Honda Accord I wanted, I visited several Honda dealerships. Buying a car has always been a dramatic experience for me. I hate haggling over price. When I met with Jae Kim, it was different. Jae was friendly, not pushy and listened to what I was saying. He helped me go over the accessories that I wanted and got me the price I wanted. He made me feel very comfortable. He kept in touch with me through the process of locating the car and met my schedule for picking it up. Even though I had to drive 1 and 1/2 hours to get to Cary, I didn't mind as I thought Jae made it so easy to buy the car, it was worth the drive. When I went to pick up my car, I met with John Watson who was equally good to deal with on the finance end. I went in thinking I would finance my car through my bank, but John was able to give me a better rate and was quick in the process. I can't think of a thing I would change about my experience with AutoPark Honda. Jae and John represent the dealership well. I drove my new Honda to work this morning and have recommended Jae and the dealership to several of my peers. I also want to commend Caitlyn on quickly responding to my quote request online. Jeff made sure to ask what I wanted in a vehicle. Once we decided on a car, Jeff did everything he could to make us happy. He really fought to get us a price we were comfortable with. He even let us leave and come back the next day to finish paperwork, as it was getting late. Jeff stayed with us for about 4 hours the evening we bought our car. Poor guy! But he got the job done. He absolutely made us feel like he was working FOR us. Which is a great quality. I would absolutely refer anyone to Auto Park Honda, and tell them to ask for Jeff!!! More
