We were greeted immediately upon arriving at the dealership, by Jeff. He was very friendly, and easy to talk to (a wonderful trait in a salesman). Jeff made sure to ask what I wanted in a vehicle. Once we decided on a car, Jeff did everything he could to make us happy. He really fought to get us a price we were comfortable with. He even let us leave and come back the next day to finish paperwork, as it was getting late. Jeff stayed with us for about 4 hours the evening we bought our car. Poor guy! But he got the job done. He absolutely made us feel like he was working FOR us. Which is a great quality. I would absolutely refer anyone to Auto Park Honda, and tell them to ask for Jeff!!! More

It was a rainy Monday night, and my husband, son and I were really interested in finding a nice used Honda Civic for my 21 year old son. Mr. Kim greeted us and showed us several used cars under 100,000 m were really interested in finding a nice used Honda Civic for my 21 year old son. Mr. Kim greeted us and showed us several used cars under 100,000 miles on the lot. Once we spotted one we liked he led us through the process, showing us the Carfax, and showing us what we could expect about the car on the computer. After driving the car, my son, husband and I were ready to commit to purchasing it. The next day Mr. Kim took time with my son and I to have an inspection done at our Cary repair shop. The shop approved of the car. Mr. Kim, my son and I returned to complete the paperwwork with the business manager. Knowing my son needed to go back to college with the car that day, Mr. Kim tried hard to save us time and move quickly through the entire process. My son is very happy with his "like new" Civic. As soon as I informed Mr. Moss of what I was looking for, he immediately went out of his way to get me the vehicle that I wanted at a great price. I went in on Sunday afternoon looking for a new Black/Black CRV but they didn't have one in stock. Therefore, Mr. Moss located my vehicle and I was able to drive it home last night. Mr. Vinnie was able to get my payment down even lower than what I was told initially, which was awesome. He also went over my paper work and explained everything to me in depth, even though it was after closing hours. I never felt rushed. Both gentleman made my experience at Auto Park Honda a great one! It definitely worth the drive from Chapel Hill to Cary to get the good deal and receive the great service. I explained to Jon Choi my needs and Jon worked very efficiently by understanding my concerns, and the transaction was very smooth with absolutely no pressure. This is not my first or second car puying experience but it is by far the best, thanks to Jon. I walked in the dealership for the first time. Kain greeted me and started to try to understand what I was looking for. He then proceeded to show me exactly what I was looking for. I was originally considering getting an Accord Lx-P but he recommended that I should get the SE which was only about $800 more. Ken then had me take a test drive. Following the test drive he gave me his card and asked to call if I had any questions. What I liked on my first visit was that none of the cars had options on them. It was easy to decide between the models. They were all the same price. All i had to deal with was the colors and options. This is another thing that Kain was great at. He did a great job in showing me all the colors that matched what I was looking for. A few days later I decided I would go and test drive the car again. I asked him if I could come and do a 30 minute drive of the car. Ken did not hesitate and asked me to give him a time when I would like to come. I showed up that day to find Kain ready for me with a car ready to test drive. I drove the car that day for about 30 minutes. After returning to the dealership I sat down and worked out the price within 30 minutes. It was an easy process. Over all Kain was great. The process was easy. More
