The sale-man Craig was great but that was the end of the positive experience. Once the manager came to talk numbers everything changed. Fast talking, pushy and just plain deceptive. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially working with Kain. To give you more of a testament of our experience with Kain: Our vehicle ended up coming from another dealership. There were a couple things about it that I wasn't pleased with and Kain and the dealership of Apex fixed them without a question and quickly. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the outcome. Furthermore, after I purchased and received the vehicle, Kain set aside time to spend with me in getting familiar with all the great technology features the Odyssey offers. Very glad that he was my sales representative and although it is only the first day home with the van - I am very happy! More
