I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Kain adapted to my style of wanting to move the process along quickly and that I wanted to make a decision right then and there. I felt the process was smooth, although I knew that there would be the typical sales pitches, etc, I was able to quickly get beyond those and straight to the point: the bottom line. I talked to Mr. Kim about the car for a few minutes and then setup a time to drive it. When I arrived I did not have to wait at all to see the car or fill out any un-necessary paperwork. The test drive went great, Mr. Kim was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did a great job demonstrating all of the technology features (many of which I was not familiar with). My wife and I met with Mr Kim two other times before purchasing the car and each time he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and he did not hassle us at all about any detail of the purchase. When we picked up the vehicle the process went very quickly, again most paperwork was done before we got there and there was little to no waiting during each step. It was overall a great experience and I would gladly work with this dealership and Mr. Kim in the future. More
