Mark Yingling was extremely helpful during my search for a new vehicle. I initially was searching for a used vehicle in the area and was having trouble finding exactly what I was looking for. Mark was ext a new vehicle. I initially was searching for a used vehicle in the area and was having trouble finding exactly what I was looking for. Mark was extremely friendly and, although he knew I was not looking to buy a new vehicle, he took the time to allow me to test drive a new model (Honda Fit) and also to appraise my trade-in. He also clearly explained to me the retention value of the Fit as compared to other cars (one of my biggest concerns about buying a new car). When I departed to continue my search he did not pressure me to make an immediate decision and simply asked that I stay in touch in case there was anything else he could help with. Other dealers were not as knowledgable about the model I was interested in and put a good amount of pressure on me to make an immediate decision. After a couple of days Mark made contact with me and was able to highlight different options (such as $500 credit for service members if you finance with Honda, appraising my trade-in, etc) that he was able to compile to bring a new car into my budget. We settled on a price over the phone, and then I made the trip to the dealership (I live over an hour away). At the dealership Mark was initially busy with another customer who wanted to make a purchase, but he gladly stayed late in order to personally ensure everything went smoothly with the final paperwork. Mark and Glen Finkel (in the finance department) were the last ones at the dealership that evening (even after it closed) in order to help me through the entire process. This was my first time buying a new vehicle, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. More

I came to the dealership with no pre-conceived ideas about how the process would go, but I did come prepared with as much information about the car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay for it. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Kain adapted to my style of wanting to move the process along quickly and that I wanted to make a decision right then and there. I felt the process was smooth, although I knew that there would be the typical sales pitches, etc, I was able to quickly get beyond those and straight to the point: the bottom line. Kain was great to work with and understood my needs. Much less stressful than I thought it would be! If you come prepared, you can get through the process of buying a car fairly quickly. More

I talked to Mr. Kim about the car for a few minutes and then setup a time to drive it. When I arrived I did not have to wait at all to see the car or fill out any un-necessary paperwork. The test drive went great, Mr. Kim was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did a great job demonstrating all of the technology features (many of which I was not familiar with). My wife and I met with Mr Kim two other times before purchasing the car and each time he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and he did not hassle us at all about any detail of the purchase. When we picked up the vehicle the process went very quickly, again most paperwork was done before we got there and there was little to no waiting during each step. It was overall a great experience and I would gladly work with this dealership and Mr. Kim in the future. More
This is my third Honda purchased from Auto Park Honda and Don Hillenbrand. I continue to be impressed with the friendly and professional service I recieve. I was also very impressed with finance manager Glenn Finkel. He was very knowlegeable of all the products Honda offers and took the time to explain the options available to me. I will definately return to Auto Park Honda when I am prepared to purchase my next vehicle as I have always had pleasant experiences with that dealership. More
