The only reason our experience would be a 4 out of 5 is because there were a few things wrong with the car that we noticed after driving it off the lot that we would have expected to be caught during the 150-point (?) certified pre-owned inspection (i.e. high-pitched noise & inoperative interior lights). We were also missing 1 all-weather mat, which should have been fairly obvious. I was also slightly disappointed at the trade-in value of my existing car. More
