I decided to use this dealership because a co-worker recommended it and I was not getting very good customer service at another Honda dealer. (The other place didn't fully answer my questions, reply to recommended it and I was not getting very good customer service at another Honda dealer. (The other place didn't fully answer my questions, reply to phone calls promptly or call me back with available cars. They seemed disinterested in selling me a car & told me I was interrupting him when I called once!) But this dealership seemed more interested in helping me and in actually selling me a car! Mark Yingling promptly answered all my phone calls, seemed happy to answer questions and seemed fairly up front with me regarding the offer. He was available for my appointments, despite me being late... I just wish I didn't have to "haggle" about the price of the car and the amount I'd get for my trade-in. I also didn't appreciate the fast-talking sales pitch for the extended warranty and paint job, but I guess all dealerships do this. More

In short – Erik Lutz is a hard working, honest, and adept sales representative for Honda. We are now the happy owners of three new Honda’s, and two of those are from Erik. The story: Three years ago we p sales representative for Honda. We are now the happy owners of three new Honda’s, and two of those are from Erik. The story: Three years ago we purchased a used 1999 Honda CRV with 193,000 miles on it for our teen. It was the first Honda we owned. During those three years our other newer vehicles with under 100,000 miles on them incurred thousands of dollars in repair bills. The CRV was never in the shop and now has 205,000 miles on it. We decided we would never buy another car if it were not a Honda. We purchased our first Honda in July from a dealer that was not Autopark Honda. We were so satisfied with our new Accord that, two days later, we returned to that same dealer to purchase a second car as a birthday gift for our son. Instead of welcoming back a new customer, that dealer used the opportunity to substantially overprice the second vehicle. We left very disappointed, but still wanting another Honda. It was late in the day when we returned home. We lived fairly far (Wake Forest) from Autopark Honda, but picked up the phone and called. Erik answered the phone and listened to our story. He very quickly put things in motion that enable us to purchase sight-unseen our second Honda at a fair price. Erik is a man of his word. It is now six months later, and we could no longer cost justify our last non-Honda vehicle as the repair bills were coming monthly. We were not certain as to which type of Honda would best serve our needs. Over a period of several weeks Erik answered via email all of our questions. His customer service is outstanding, and we now have our third Honda. Love the cars. We will use Erik again, but it may be a while since we are now driving all Hondas. More
