We have driven Hondas since 1989. We have purchased four for ourselves, one for our daughter, and guided our brother, his wife and their niece all to Hondas - Accords, Civics and Odysseys. Charlie Bruce was great to work with. He has a gentle demeanor and did not pressure us about any part of the process. He showed us features of the car before, during and after the test drive. He knew the car from bumper to bumper. He explained both leasing and purchasing and the possible advantages of each. He went over all of the numbers in a clear, simple way, calculating the amount of monthly payments so we could decide how best to manage the financing. The car we wanted was not on the lot. Within 24 hours, Charlie had found "our car" and had it transferred to the Cary lot. When we went to take delivery, Charlie again reviewed the car's features and offered to set up our smart phone on the blue tooth in the car. Vinnie Ferrone made the detailed paperwork easy to understand, too. The entire process was relaxed and we know that we were treated with respect and appreciation for coming in to the dealership for our car.
