I found a Mazda3 Hatchback, online, at Auto Park Honda in Cary, NC. Jim Cirimele approached me and immediately impressed me with his manner--very laidback. Arrived at the dealership to look at an auto I had seen on line. Erik Lutz met me at the door to inquire if he could assist me. I liked his genuine interest, I was expecting a gung-ho, tell you anything, p on line. Erik Lutz met me at the door to inquire if he could assist me. I liked his genuine interest, I was expecting a gung-ho, tell you anything, person who wanted to make a quota. He was none of these. Long story short, I fell in love with the car, and Erik did what he could to make it happen for me. Also appreciate Rick Sider's assist in financing explanation, and speed! Erik was very knowledgeable about the car, its features, value, and why he thought I would like the car. He did not seem to be in a hurry, although I arrived and left with the car in 3 hours...pretty fast, I thought. I feel comfortable that I could call there with a question or a problem in regard to my car and it would be addressed right away. Overall I would recommend this dealership,and this sales person to anyone. More
