CRAIG NACHSIN WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH TEACHING ME ABOUT THE HONDA CRV SUCH AS HELPING ME SET UP MY PHONE TO THE BLUE TOOTH IN THE CAR AS WELL AS EXPLAINING IMPORTANT FACTS IN THE MANUAL. HE ALSO PROVIDED A CO HONDA CRV SUCH AS HELPING ME SET UP MY PHONE TO THE BLUE TOOTH IN THE CAR AS WELL AS EXPLAINING IMPORTANT FACTS IN THE MANUAL. Jim Cirimele was my salesperson as I purchased a Honda certified 09 Ridgeline from Autopark Honda. He provided great customer service, was very accommodating and responsive to my needs, and always acted i certified 09 Ridgeline from Autopark Honda. This was extremely important because I'm a resident of another state. Mr. Cirimele also provided some additional nice touches, (ie., downloaded aftermarket radio owners manual, ensured addition services were performed, had the vehicle ready on a SAT morning for pickup, etc...). The entire purchase process was painless but it helps when prepared with your research and already having your financing. The only complaints I have would be with dept.'s that performed the 150 pt inspection, auto wash and tags. There was a back seat leg issue that was not caught but the Honda warranty covered with no problems; truck's interior (after closer inspection) could have been cleaner; and dealing with out-of-state tags is definitely not a strong point with the dealership, but we finally got it right. Overall, I was satisfied with the process. Mr. Cirimele is definitely an asset to AutoPark Honda. I would return to work with him again and refer his services to others. More
