I had not intended to purchase a car that day. I was in for service on my Honda Element. David was good and patient and very flexible when I changed my mind on the exact car half way through the paperwork. for service on my Honda Element. Very disappointed in that, as the other cars I had been researching offered a 5 year bumper to bumper, a very important feature when you are financing for 5 or 6 years. But now that the paperwork is signed, nobody is going to care about that...are they? More
