We were looking to buy a 2013 Honda Accord for my 86 year old Dad. Barbara Yarber was our Sales Person and she was very generous with her time in explaining the purchasing process with my Dad. When we first arrived at the AutoPark Honda dealership, we tried to get the attention of a salesman, as we were on the other side of the lot. They just turned and looked the other way. I walked to the area where a few salesmen were standing, and Craig was the first one to walk out and meet us.. From the first handshake, Craig seemed genuinely glad to help us. We put him through a battery of questions, and he answered everyone without any problem or hesitation. After a nights sleep, we weren't sure this car was what we wanted, and called Craig the next day to cancel our sale. He was understanding and didnt rant or rave to us about what idiots we were or that we were making a mistake. After another nights sleep, we decided we did want that car and called Craig back to tell him. Partly was he was so kind and understanding and knowledgable about the car. We drove it home today and I am so glad we made the decision to buy a car from Autopark Honda and Craig Nachsin. We will definately be return customers. I selected the Honda Accord I bought on a Sunday when dealership was closed. The next day I came into the dealership and met with Jeff Fisher.
