My wife Barbara accompanied me on the day we closed the deal on our 2014 Honda Accord LX and we both agree, Don Rigsbee made our visit an absolute delight. Don's personal friendliness, courtesy, superior vehicle knowledge and keen ability to simplify and explain the various operational features of the vehicle made our purchase easy and saved us much time. He was ready for us upon arrival and quickly and efficiently reviewed the various sales documents with us and obtained our necessary signatures. We have purchased from other dealers in the past, and have never encountered the ease and hassle free experience such as Don demonstrated during our visit. His continued interest and follow-ups with us further reflects his high level of professionalism and customer care.
