They had the exact car I wanted and sold it to me at the price I thought was fair. I'm glad I gave this dealership another chance (my experience in '08 was horrible) but that's in the past now and I'm a happy Honda AutoPark customer! Johanna even worked it out for me to purchase the extended warranty. We did all of the paperwork and I drove home in my new 2014 Honda Civic. I am very happy that I had an fantastic experience. Earlier in the summer Mark took us on 3 different test drives (Civic, Accord, and CR-V) and was extremely knowledgeable about the differences in the models and all the trim levels. We have purchased many Hondas over the years and Mark has by far been the most knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He followed up but without pressure.
