I showed up without an appointment and Chris worked with me from then on, answered all my questions, before, during and after the test drive. He was very diligent to provide all the necessary information and materials that I requested and more. I felt really comfortable, enjoyed the ambiance in the building and at no moment I felt cornered or pressure to buy the car, as I had felt in other dealerships that I visited. The price represented a substantial savings from other dealers. Jae Kim worked very hard to deliver the car (they had to get it from another dealer) and provided timely and straightforward information throughout the process. He never tried a bait and switch and put no pressure on me to add anything I didn't want. Jae seems like a great guy, as does Jon Choi, who was helpful and humorous as he explained all ins-and-outs of our new car. The only exception to this low-pressure, pleasant experience came in the financing office where the manager tried to make my decision not to purchase an expensive extended warranty and protection package seem foolish. However, once I firmly expressed my decision he worked through all the forms efficiently and the rest of my experience was nothing but professional and easy. More

The last two purchases we have made have been particularly excellent. This time, Jack Erdman, our sales person, was awesome. He was nice, laid back and not sketchy like some people you meet in this business. He didn't do anything shady, nor put any heavy pressure on us. He answered many questions and helped us to weigh the pros and cons of the vehicle(s) we were considering and how they would be a fit for us. Truely a stand up guy. Furthermore, Glenn, the manager was very generous with my trade-in, and then Luigi, the finance guy, was easy to work with, he answered all of my questions and has a great sense of humor while going over dry stuff like insurance, financing and add-ons to be considered with purchase. Nice guy, not pushy and surprisingly remembered me from 2 years ago when purchasing my last car. These folks are good at what they do and provide really good customer service. I had a great team and great experience all around. I am a true Honda loyalist as a result. I highly recommend them. More
