Best ever I've bought a few cars before so I expected the same old tactics. Given one price adding 400 dollar paper work. Pressure to buy extras. I was wrong. I spoke to Erik over the phone received an excellent price. When I got there that was it. He was friendly, informative. We did the paper work. But then sent us to Vinny the financial guy. Then I said right here it comes. Nope . He showed us the benefit of the clear coat. I said thanks but no thanks and that was it. We took our car and left. The best car buying experience ever in my 58 yrs. we only buy honda and Erik will be my first call. More

My only "negative" was that they were very busy on Labor Day and it took a little longer than I had planned for but that was really a minor issue in the big picture. More
