Unknowingly to me my grandfather had talked with Brent a few times a I came to Cary Autopark to buy my first brand new car back at the end of October. Unknowingly to me my grandfather had talked with Brent a few times and passed along his phone number to me. I am glad I gave him a call and decided to work with him to get my new car. He was very personable and was willing to request what I wanted during the deal negotiation. He made me feel at ease during the whole process and not pressured into things I expressed that I did not want, which was a concern of mine being a younger female trying to make a deal by myself. I feel that I got a fair deal on my CRV and Brent made my first time buyer experience a positive one. The only slight downside of my experience was when it came to dealing with the finance manager, who became a little aggressive when I declined all of the add-on protections. I understand that it is part of his job to get people to buy those add-ons, but when I say no several times and then feel as if I am getting attitude and being questioned on my decision it put a little sour taste in my mouth. But I love my CRV and Brent took the time after everything was done to connect my phone to the Bluetooth and show me a few other features of my new car. Thanks Brent! More

Just bought a 2015 Fit and am very pleased! I am quite a critic of sales-people, but I liked working with Mark Yingling. He was friendly and genuine and even helped me try to fit all of my instrument cases in the trunks of multiple models. At one point, I scheduled a time to come in, but he was with another customer at the time we scheduled, but apologized and went ahead and let me do a test drive on my own.
