Bought a 2015 CRV today I dropped by the dealership today with no intention of buying a new car. I'd been shopping CRVs and RAV4s with a variety of dealers via TrueCar, and I dropped by the dealership today with no intention of buying a new car. I'd been shopping CRVs and RAV4s with a variety of dealers via TrueCar, and had gotten multiple emails. Henry Meador's emails were informative and interesting enough that I decided to drive 30 miles to check out the deals. I'd also checked out the dealership on this site, and was impressed by the reviews I read. People seem to like Autopark Honda. Upon arrival, I was quickly introduced to Chris Kenney, who was very helpful about letting me check features and aspects I'd missed when test driving elsewhere. It turned out that they had my first color and trim choice on the lot (LX in Copper Sunset Pearl), and Chris went out of his way to give me the best possible deal on the car and my trade-in. I had planned to buy in the spring, but the deal was very reasonable and the car was sitting right there. He made the sale. The CRV had a total of 3 miles on it, and the detailers did a great job getting it ready for me. Chris even helped me set up the Bluetooth connection to my phone before sending me on my way. Of the half-dozen dealer experience I've had while choosing which car to get, this was by far the most pleasant. More

It Couldn't be happier with our purchase experience at Autopark Honda. We initially went to another Honda dealer close to Southpoint Mall in Durham. It felt like they weren't being totally honest with us on the deal and had included the typical superfluous add-ons to the price that drive you crazy. So I e-mailed Autopark and they came back with a totally upfront deal, little negotiation needed. I got most of the details done over e-mail and all we had to do was go in and sign. Everyone was super friendly and there was no serious heavy selling on the warranties etc. in the finance office. Glad I took the time to get a comparison quote from these guys! More
