Spoke to Ji I purchased a pre-owned 2010 Honda Fit from Jim Cirimele. Great experience! I saw the car online and called when the dealership opened. Spoke to Jim and made an appointment at lunchtime. He was just as nice and patient in person as he was on the phone. We went for a test drive and I liked the car but wanted to think it over. I felt no pressure whatsoever from Jim. I came back the next day and went for another test drive and decided to proceed with the purchase. I would definitely recommend Jim, the dealership and their certified program. Nice bonus to have a warranty on a pre-owned vehicle. More

Worst dealer to take your car in for service This is the worst dealer if you did not buy your car from them even if your car is under warranty Their service department was very rude and makes you This is the worst dealer if you did not buy your car from them even if your car is under warranty Their service department was very rude and makes you feel like an outcast. Service guy sent me to the sales person because he did not know the features of the car and did not know how to fix the issue. 3 sales people tried to help me but all of them came back and said sorry they don't know the features of the car. I understand they have enough customers who bought cars from them but they should clearly state on their website and in the dealership that they don't help customers who bought cars from another Honda dealership. More

Great dealer but still a dealer. Just bought a 2015 accord. They had what I wanted in stock and they gave me a great price. Patrick Hare was very helpful and patient even when my kids Just bought a 2015 accord. They had what I wanted in stock and they gave me a great price. Patrick Hare was very helpful and patient even when my kids spilled hot chocolate all over the floor....twice. I did not enjoy the high pressure sales environment when we met with the financial officer. The whole process could have taken less than two hours if I did not have to repeatedly say no to all of the add ons and options. I knew what I could spend and that should have been the end of it. She was just doing her job and it is a dealer after all so overall five stars. Thanks! More
