This is the first time I've bought a new car, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Casey from AutoPark Honda responded to my TrueCar inquiry with a very reasonable quote ($2.5k below MSRP) on the Honda Civic EX that I ended up purchasing. Vince Miserendino greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake and did not try to sell me very hard on upgrading on anything beyond my comfort zone. He described and showed the different trim levels and got to understand what I was looking for and went over a plethora of the Civic's great features. I'd researched them carefully online before I ever came to the store, and he still showed me a number of things I had not come across. He was very honest, straightforward, and practical. There was no pressure during the test-drive and getting acquainted with the Civic. The negotiations, even, were not high pressure. I intended on walking away and shopping around before committing to make sure that I got the best deal. But Vince was very patient, and we were able to negotiate a price on my trade in that made the numbers work for everyone. We only ended up a few hundred dollars from my "ideal world"scenario, and I ended up with a bargain. Vince will take great care of you. I worked with Kain in Finance, and he was very professional as well. Both Kain and Vince stayed until nearly 11pm for me to seal the deal that day (I got there around 6:30 and they closed at 8). They both gave me their cell phone numbers and are eager to help me, even after the sale is finalized. I couldn't have asked for a much better first car buying experience! More
Multi Point Inspection -- FAKE! Multi point inspection? I think not. On March 20, 2015 my wife brought her 2011 CRV in for routine 5K service. The oil was changed and the wheels were Multi point inspection? I think not. On March 20, 2015 my wife brought her 2011 CRV in for routine 5K service. The oil was changed and the wheels were aligned. Of course we are always glad for the free multi point inspection which includes a simple battery check. She paid and left feeling confident that all is well. The very next day while doing errands around town the CRV would not start, stranding her. AAA checks the battery. It reads less than 8 volts. Dead. We bought a AAA battery on the spot and she drove over to Auto Park Honda. "Oh, sorry" the service person said. "Guess we missed it." "I'll tell my boss.".
