He covered the bases providing clear facts about the vehicle and answered all our questions. There were no gimmicks. There was no pressure to upgrade to features we were not interested in. Negotiations went quickly. Instead of walking the offers back and forth to management, Autopark Honda uses a computer between John (and us shoppers) and management. Dealing with finance was also quick and painless. We declined the usual protection packages that dealers offered and did not feel like we were pressured. The only snag came (and it's a good thing) when the detailer noticed some defects in the factory paint. One of the managers offered to switch us to another (exactly the same) vehicle on the lot. After a test drive, the paperwork was re-done quick and our new CR-V was detailed. More

We met with Garry Rawlins on several occasions to test drive several Honda models. He was very helpful and patient. He gave us all the information we asked for and did not pester us between visits. When we decided on a CRV the specific model we wanted was not on the lot and there were waiting lists of people looking for that kind. He tracked us down one that was in the build pipeline and got our name on it. When it arrived he made it simple to wrap up the deal and had it all ready for us. He was so nice to work with. More
