Although the Leith team realized our dire straights situation, we were treated with the utmost dignity and respect throughout the entire purchasing process. We ultimately purchased a brand new Honda Civic for our daughter making this is a stepping stone toward her success in college and beyond. Helped me make an affordable unexpected purchase I didn't anticipate having to buy a car for another 3+ years, but when the time came that I really had no choice, Auto Park Honda was the first place I didn't anticipate having to buy a car for another 3+ years, but when the time came that I really had no choice, Auto Park Honda was the first place I went, simply based on their responsiveness and helpfulness via email and phone. When I arrived, I was greeted outside by Barbara and a sales person in training. They brought me inside, and we started talking about the situation, and looking at what I could afford to get. When it became obvious that I was not going to be able to get what I initially had in mind, they didn't just turn me away or treat me differently, we worked through it to find a solution that I would be happy with. I normally get terrible buyer's remorse, but they helped me avoid that turmoil with such a large purchase. I came for a CR-V, but I ended up with a 2015 Civic. I NEVER thought I would be happy with a sedan but I have to say, this is by far the best car I have ever owned and I do LOVE it. I will refrain from reviewing the car itself, but the process of getting it - and the "push" to try something outside my initial comfort level was perfect. I love my car, and will absolutely be returning to Auto Park for future car-buying needs (as well as referring my friends to go to them as well) More

The recently promoted manager Chris said a Hi to us, but didn't talk much, and the new Finance Manager took a very long time to respond, had to wait for a long time to finish certain paper work. When I visited Autopark Honda in 2014 July, it was an awful experience with a different salesperson, who told us they don't sell cars to the people with Work Visa and he didn't care to explain a dime. This time I was lucky to have Craig Nachsin as the Salesperson and he made a difference. More
