We have a smooth sale although there was an issue from the financier, Khaled, provided a solution. I expected Nissan dealers to provide the treatment since I had been with Nissan for 3 generations as far as I know. I would love to go back to Khaled to purchase my next vehicles. I am looking forward to trading in my other Nissan Rogue and getting a Honda CRV. More

Kahled's easy going nature made this a no pressure but informative buying experience. He knew the Honda product well AND more importantly, he knew his competitors products well which helped with comparisons. I've bought many, many new cars but I have to say in all honesty, this was one of the easiest and less stressful deals that I've ever made. This is the second new vehicle that I've purchased from this dealership in the last three years and we have also been very pleased with the service after the sale. Their service dept is excellent.
