Very happy new Accord owner I had been planning on replacing a 2007 Honda Civic sometime this year. With the 2016's arriving soon and not offering anything new that strongly app I had been planning on replacing a 2007 Honda Civic sometime this year. With the 2016's arriving soon and not offering anything new that strongly appealed to me, I decided to go ahead with a 2015 Accord Sedan, V6 Ex-L/Nav. I had already checked out some of the accord's direct competition in mid-sized sedans and knew I wanted to stick with a Honda again. My salesman, Khaled, was very personable and a very nice person to talk with. He was quite patient with me as went through the process of checking over my trade-in, and then covering all the features & functions in the Accord which has a lot new tech in it relative to my old civic. I wanted a cash deal, less my trade-in and we were able to quickly converge on a figure I was comfortable with. While I went off to get the cashiers check the Auto Park team prepped the car so it was immaculate for me when I got back to finish the paper work. The sale includes several nice dealer perks, including life time free oil changes, and life time loaner cars for any service appointment requiring more than 2 hours (I will be using that loaner service later this week when I take the car back to have some dealer options installed, once the parts come in). This dealership has very professional sales and service staff (their service center is huge and I've had my civic serviced there before), as well as a massive inventory (I was told typically ~1000 cars on site). It was a smooth and honestly pleasant purchase experience and I am extremely pleased with my new car (loving the V6!). More

Excellent Customer Experience in Service Department I had a pesky issue with my windshield. I did not notice the problem until the car had about 8k miles on it, at that time I brought it to the attentio I had a pesky issue with my windshield. I did not notice the problem until the car had about 8k miles on it, at that time I brought it to the attention of Autopark Service Dept. It was one of those iffy issues, as to whether the dealer had responsibly to correct. As a result, I had a conversation with Danny Williams (OBTH he DOES answer his mobile phone) concerning my problem. He put me in touch with Kevin and subsequently I received a call from Todd Stephens, the Service Manager. Todd had me schedule a day to come in to have the windshield replaced, at no cost to me. No haggling at all and the job was done in one day. I want to thank Danny, Kevin and Todd for the outstanding service. This is our 2nd Honda from Autopark and I would recommend them to all my friends, for car buying and service. Thanks Guys... More
