We as a family had a very good time in the whole process of buying car with Chris. It was my 5th car so far in my life and this was my best car buying experience so far. Recently, I bought 2015 Odyssey from Crown Honda. After dealing with Chris, I realized that the Crown Honda dealer was so pathetic. To start with, I went alone and fixed the car price with Chris. He was very nice helping me negotiate the price. He did NOT use typical sales person ugly tactics of abusing and insulting customer. I was very happy the way he dealt till we came to the final price. Then I saw the car and walked away to get my own finance ready. Chris did NOT try to trick me anywhere in process like taxes, finance, accessories which other typical sales person keep doing. With this much experience, I was very comfortable to bring my family with kid to take possession of car. I could not take my wife for bringing Odyssey from Crown Honda, because I know their typical trick of insulting in front of wife. On car delivery day, Chris was excellent too. He explained all features to my wife, while my son was having nice time playing in new car. I normally do not have patience to explain and show all car features to my wife, so I was enjoying peace of mind that I will not have to explain all these again. Few of the features, I myself did not know, so thanks Chris for explaining. We went next weekend to purchase few accessories and luckily saw Chris again. Typically, sales guys don't even recognize you after deal is done. But Chris was again good and he was ready to help. We already purchased everything we needed good and again had good time visiting AutoPark. Not the place, but people hosting us make the difference! Wish you all the best Chris and as I told you that day, "I wish, I can sell my Odyssey and buy 2016 Pilot from you!!" If I make up my mind, you will see me again! Easy buying process and they make it right!! I have to say after shopping around, Auto Park Honda, is by far the easiest to do business with!! They make the process quick and they do all dealings I have to say after shopping around, Auto Park Honda, is by far the easiest to do business with!! They make the process quick and they do all dealings via computer right in front of you - (no going to the back to talk to a manager, having to wait for 30 minutes, come back, negotiate, go back to the manager, etc. -). They were very professional and when we went out to get our new car we noticed an issue, Khaled immediately went and got the manager and instead of trying to fix the issue they said let's just get her another car (and they can do this as they have the most inventory around)!! The process took a little longer because of this but I am grateful that they went that far just to make it right and that they will go to this extreme just to make their customers happy. I WILL purchase again from Auto Park Honda!! More
