I told Mark Williams what I was looking for, and we toured the lot, finding three that met my need. I bought a 2012 Civic EX on the spot on Friday, and told him I'd settle on Monday, Monday afternoon Mr. Williams came to the house to pick me up and return to the dealership. The car was spotless inside, spit-shined like new, and it took less than an hour to complete all paper work and drive it off. Mr. Williams could not have made the transaction any more efficient than it was. And I am still extremely well-pleased with the vehicle. More

Unfortunate for me, the car had sold. With the help of my salesman John Escano, I decided to look at and test drive some new models.
