His knowledge of the vehicles on the lot and genuine desire to help me find the perfect one gave me a sense of comfort that made my decision much easier. I never felt rushed but instead like I was shopping with a friend. I purchased a new Honda Pilot for the wife and family the day before Christmas. Keith even managed to find me a huge bow so that I could pull off the Christmas Comercial surprise! It all went perfectly and we could not be happier with our Pilot.
