My mom found a great used vehicle that she was interested in purchasing; however, when we returned two days later to make the purchase the salesman could not have been any more disrespectful. He talked down to us the entire time we were there, told us we had no experience with understanding the price of vehicles, and then began the antics of trying to make my mom feel guilty about not agreeing to the sticker price of the vehicle. As we attempted to negotiate he became very angry and frustrated that we would not simply agree to pay the sticker price resulting in him yelling and pointing his finger at us as if we were children that needed to be scolded. I have made numerous vehicle purchases in my lifetime and have never been treated by anyone the way that he treated us that day. For someone with years of experience under his belt he was completely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. More

This was an amazing referral by a colleague and even though I went in on the last day of the month (with my 4 and 7 year old), I was out in less than two hours. I can't remember if he found us or we found him as we were walking into the showroom but either way WE GOT LUCKY!! Brian Fabricatore was the most pleasant, regular type guy ever. From the moment we met him to the very end (yes, I did drive away a week later in a 2016 Honda CRV) he acted as if he was actually buying the car with us and would be driving off with us too. I can not express how genuine, personable and kind Brian was. This was our first trip ever to Autopark, having learned about your reputation from friends and the internet. We have never owned a Honda before now, but absolutely loved our neighbor’s new CRV, loved the way it looks and drives. Mr. Jacobson met us at the door, showed us around, answered all of our questions with patience and humor. He was very patient with us, and it was obvious that he was being straight up and truthful when answering our questions. Buying a new car can be a daunting experience with all of the choices and options. We focused on the EX model and ended up buying the EX-L model, not because we were pushed into it, but because Alexander made us feel comfortable learning about the differences. When it came time to talk numbers he was very forthcoming and honest. He made this entire process enjoyable, and stayed with us from the first introduction all the way to the Simonize process a few days later. He is a very valuable asset to your company, and we will definitely recommend him to others without hesitation. More
