Keith and Christopher were knowledgeable, patient, and cared about the needs of our family. They interacted with our kids and allowed them to make themselves comfortable. He encouraged us to go to the Toyota dealer and test drive a Highlander to make our own conclusion. We did try a Highlander and made a trip back to Honda. Ended up going with a Certified Pre-Owned Honda CR-V EX-L. The Pilot was just too much vehicle for us. We cannot thank Khaled enough for the help and the trusting relationship we have started. More

He helped us find a great CR-V, and he was always clear about our options. He didn't try to move us to a more expensive vehicle we didn't want, and negotiating on price was straightforward. He was honest about everything (I did a lot of research), and he wasn't pushy. I would definitely work with him again the next time we need a car. We bought a certified pre-owned vehicle, and Honda definitely excels in the service they provide for their certified cars. I feel confident that we will have this car for a very long time, just like our last Honda. More
