For convenience we went to Autopark for a test drive. Calvin took his time, showed and demonstrated all of the features of the Accord and accompanied us on a test drive. I went back the next day and drove it again (the first test drive was during rush hour). We ended up buying an Accord from Autopark. While the product sold itself, it was our interactions with Calvin that sold the dealership. He paid a lot of attention to what we wanted, obviously knew the product, and didn't try a pressure sale. He worked with us to honor a price I had gotten from the internet team, explained what dealer options were added to the specific car I got, etc. Others I dealt with at the dealership where as helpful and friendly, but I wouldn't have been there at all if not for Calvin. I wholeheartedly recommend him. More

"We are understaffed on Sunday's please wait" . 13:30 HRS ET : No sign of anyone... kinds are already downing the second hot choc, and another 3 Customers waiting for sales reps ... 13:45 HRS ET : One Sales lady comes in and directly latches on to a customer who has just walked in 2 mins back... rest of the customers waiting for 30 mins plus are just gaping at each other... and the receptionist does not lift a pinky ! .. We all complain... nothing happens...still.. So far is the general experience anyone must be ready to take,... from now on.. its just my personal experience with the Sales Rep who assisted me... Mark Williams! With all the lack of patientce.. i laid it out pretty blunt in front of Mark what I wanted. He was sharp ..listened.. .no nonsense .. fairy tales.. and directly went to pros and cons... of each car. Decision done in probably 30 mins .. and sealed after 45 mins (including a test drive). Rest of process was smooth! Believe me ... had it not been for Mark and his gentlemanly behavior... no way for the 5 stars.... he gas gained 7 stars from me... which makes the dealership an average of 5. I researched my cars and Mr. Don made me test drive the two cars I had my eyes on. He was very patient with me and showed me how to adjust the seats, the steering wheel before I sat down to test drive. He told me about important features of the car and how to use them. I told him this was my budget and he was kind enough to work with me so I can take the car home with me on the day. No Pressure Ronny is not like the typical sales person you are dreading to have to deal with to buy a car. His personality makes it very easy to conduct business. I looked at two automobiles, test drove one and left the dealership to finish my workday. Ronny called a few hours later with the information I requested on both cars. As soon as he did, I made a decision and set up a time the next day to purchase the car. Once I arrived there, it was a very fluid experience. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership but the first one with Ronny. Hopefully he will be there for my next purchase! More

We were concerned that with the extra logistics that we might miss out on the Financing deal that was to end in the next day. He was very responsive and patient through the whole process. It was also nice to work through the Internet department for an initial quote and start the process rolling. The purchasing process took a little longer than I liked, but the accommodations were nice with a coffee maker, water, and popcorn snacks. More
