They are friendly and informative, and I've NEVER met a single employee there who's pushy or pressures me to buy more than what I need. When my husband switched jobs a few years ago and no longer had a company car, we went straight to this dealership. Three cars purchased in 11 years - all from this location. They will always be our first choice. More

Justin Manning was the sales Consultant. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. He met all of my expectations, and I can be a little demanding. It was a pleasant experience from selecting the model, price, all the way to delivery. Kain Schenk, the Financial Manger, was very helpful. He helped with finance options, and found a great rate for me. He was very knowledgeable on all the maintenance options that are available, and helped me choice the right ones for me. AutoPark Honda's Service Department is second to none. They have maintained all of our family's Hondas for the past 16 years. "CJ" is our Service Manager. I have found CJ to be extremely honest, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The service that he provides us is exceptional. For me and my family, a trip to AutoPark Honda is like visiting friends. More
Very disappointed The customer service during both of my visits (recall set up and service appointment) was really poor. No one immediately greeted me, I waited inside The customer service during both of my visits (recall set up and service appointment) was really poor. No one immediately greeted me, I waited inside the service bay surrounded by people just standing there. The first time I went, the man who helped me complained and was pissed off the whole time bc his work load was heavy and stopping to help me was inconvenient and someone else should have done it. The next time I came in, one guy kept staring at me and 3 minutes of this he finally asked me if I had been helped, knowing I hadn't. I even had an appointment time to arrive! After service was finished and we got the car home, my husband found two decent sized bolts and nuts on the driver's side floor. Considering that my airbag was being replaced, that makes me extremely nervous and I question that the mechanics have any sort of eye for detail. Which is kind of important in their job field. This wasn't a simple oil change. We are new to the area, leaving behind an incredible Honda dealership in our hometown. We have high expectations and AutoPark fell short in every way! When it comes time to buy a new car, it won't be here. I may have just been a Honda recall service appointment but it was a great time to leave a good impression in order to gain a future customer, they did not. More
