2016 Honda Pilot Purchase The staff at Auto Park Honda were prompt and helpful. Brian Fabricatore was our salesperson and he was very friendly and patient with us while we trie The staff at Auto Park Honda were prompt and helpful. Brian Fabricatore was our salesperson and he was very friendly and patient with us while we tried to find the vehicle we wanted and ultimately ordered a new Pilot. Brian also kept in touch with us throughout the entire process of ordering; always available by phone, text and email. The only reason we are giving a 4 star rating is because we found noticeably sized scratches on 3 of the wheels on the Pilot; it must have happened during production or while installing wheel locks. We contacted Brian less than a week of purchase and he immediately scheduled a service appointment where they took pictures, filed a report and he promised they would make this right...hopefully Honda will follow through. Overall great experience and love the Pilot! More
