Worst service, worst experience Took my 2011 Honda Pilot in for the takota recall, Friday Oct. 14, 2016. It was booked for early Saturday morning service (7:45am). I asked for an oil change and tire rotation, since the car would be on-site for service. I specifically asked for the power steering fluid to be refilled because it was well below the normal level. I was told that "all fluids will be topped off as part of our 55 point inspection". I couldn't make it by closing, so they arranged pick-up for Sunday. When i arrived, i immediately checked the ps fluid - the levels were the same as when i'd turned it in!! Hadn't been touched - cranked the car and the service light was still on showing service needed and an oil life at 5%. Obviously, no 55 point inspection had taken place. The oil looked fine, but how could i be sure it had been changed? I keep the car on a regular service schedule. Can i trust that the tacota air bag and tire rotation have also been done/replaced?? Takita airbags are killing people. If they'd been so lax at changing oil and topping off fluids (and how bout the tire rotation?) for the price of $68, how could I trust that a "no-charge" recall had been performed? The service dept was closed so i grabbed the sales manager to show him that i had bit received the complete oil change and service i'd paid for. He wasn't really interested and gave me the service managers number. I left - still needing ps fluid and with no real certainty that our family car was safe to drive. I took the car back in on Monday. This is now three days of dealing with a simple service job. Todd Stevens came out, popped the hood - looked at the power steering fluid and said "if it's THAT low there has to be a leak". Then he proceeded to tell me why they didn't top off the brake fluid which was also low. They took the car to the garage to inspect for any power steering leak. Came back, no leaks. "Bone dry" as one of the service advisors said. I've since asked another mechanic, and he said "power steering fluid does go down over time and should be topped off with regular maintenance." So that leads me to this conclusion: 1) since i've had my car serviced there, and without looking at my service records, i'd say at least the last three or four routine oil changes - the power steering and brake fluid HAVE NOT been "topped off" and 2) "All fluids topped off with our 55 point inspection" is a fraudulent claim. Three times in a row isn't an oversight. So after three days of dealing with this - and basically pulling teeth to get what i paid for - how was it resolved? Not with a handshake from Todd Stevens, nor a discount off of that or any future service. I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all. If you are so inclined to give them your money, be sure to check behind them and have plenty of time at your disposal. More

Barbara Yarber was beyond fabulous! What a nice lady! Barbara went out of her way to help me. She is very professional, and her level of customer service far exceeds expectations. I had appointment with Barbara at 1:30 to do all the paperwork, and finalize sale of my CRV. I HAD to take my dog to the vet. Barb was very compassionate. We agreed that I would get there some time yesterday, depending. Luckily, I was able to leave my pet, and go on out to the dealership. I got there, she came up to me and said, "You need a hug!" Then we got down to business. Wow, she doesn't miss a thing! She sure 'dots all of her I's and crosses all of her T's! Very thorough! That is very important to me, as I am a single woman, and am living in retirement. She looked out for me. That does not always happen, unfortunately, in today's world. When all the red tape, was done. She helped me clean out my car, and put things in new CRV. Then, we sat in my car for probably an hour and worked on the computer, she showed me how to hook up Bluetooth. Then, she told me to call and make appointment next week and she would help me with all my questions. She said, "Nancy, write down all of your question, as you work with it" She is amazing.
