Fast, Helpful, Friendly I came into the dealership thirty minutes before closing time, hoping to look at a Honda Accord Sport. From the moment I showed up the sales staff, John in my case, were extremely courteous and considerate to give us space while still being close enough to answer questions. After expressing interest in the Civic, John provided me in depth explanations of its features including things I would have never thought to asked. John took into account what I was looking for in a vehicle to help me pick the right trim to suit my wants and needs. Additionally, John allowed me to comfortably and realistically test drive the vehicle twice, with no significant restrictions on routes and actually suggesting different routes to understand how the vehicle drives on different roads. After deciding I wanted to purchase, John was fair and advocated on my behalf to ensure I received a good price. Furthermore helping me to consider all my financing options and providing detailed information to help me pick the right one. Completing the financial and legal paperwork was also a simple process with John and Kain explaing all documents and requirements while helping to ease their completion. John continued to provide great customer service after closing the deal, making sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable with the car before I left the lot and providing answers to follow up questions I had several days after purchasing. No other dealership I went to provided this level of customer service and I hope to receive the same experience the next time I buy a car. More
